ChartMint (“the Service”) is operated by Frequency AI Ltd, trading as Cashew Crate (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using ChartMint, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

ChartMint is a browser-based data visualization tool. All data processing happens entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, or access your data.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

3. Subscriptions and Payments

ChartMint offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Payments are processed by Polar. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

4. Intellectual Property

Charts you create with ChartMint are your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your data or the charts you generate.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frequency AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
